These are rapidly changing times. We are living, experiencing and feeling the effects of losing what we were familiar with and having to adapt to whole new world. We must put out an effort to stay connected to the core of who we are. TV and social media is bombarding us with information that can easily warp our way of thinking and this can be detrimental to our mental health and productivity. We must take a leap into simplifying and keeping core connections active in our lives in order to continue exercising our ability to discern for safe, effective and healthy decision making skills.
